Message	clan it up (black connector, next to the yellow one *coolant temp sensor for the ECU* The black one i the guage) with a solvent and a toothbrush (the connection) and then use a bit of dielectric grease on it, and make sure the connector fits snug on the sensor. If that doesnt do anything, check the wiring, then if thats ok, replace the sensor.
